This is a full-time, on-site Manager role for the Non-Motor Business division, based in Madurai. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategies aimed at growing the non-motor insurance portfolio. Core responsibilities include client acquisition, managing relationships with insurance partners, evaluating market trends, negotiating policies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored insurance solutions, maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks, and achieve organizational targets.

• Strong understanding of non-motor insurance products and market trends
• Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and customer service
