This role will help you gain a strong understanding of cross-channel media strategy.
Measures of Success
- In three months:
- You will understand the Nexus cross-functional teams and their roles and responsibilities.
- You will be involved in campaigns from the initial brief through to implementation.
- You will be actively contributing to the team and adding value to client deliverables.
- You will be involved in plan creation and execution for your aligned businesses, meeting daily requirements.
- You will understand the category and brand objectives for the year.
- In six months:
- You will handle tactical and implementation planning independently with the team, ensuring delivery of KPIs.
- You will be creating integrated media plans across TV, Press, Radio, and Digital.
- You will have mastered the art of optimization and workflow prioritization.
- You will successfully lead media discussions with the Agency.
- In 12 months:
- You will ensure plan QC process optimization throughout the year using a tracker.
- You will train and build multi-media / integrated plan champions within your team.
- You will achieve 100% Nexus process compliance.
- You will contribute to the creation or enhancement of Nexus tools to improve planning efficiency.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Plan, buy, and execute non-biddable media plans for a set of businesses based on client deliverables and campaign KPIs.
- Review and align with the Agency business team on the brief and expected outcomes.
- Create integrated activation plans in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the Nexus mPlan team for campaign execution and launch.
- Track live campaigns daily/weekly for spot implementation and performance, and conduct mid-campaign evaluations for corrective actions.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations and document key learnings from each campaign.
- Work collaboratively with the agency business team, Nexus Activation Specialists, Nexus mPlan, and other Nexus teams to ensure a holistic approach to campaign creation and execution.

What you will need:
- 4+ years of media planning experience.
- A strong understanding of mediaincluding TV, Print, Radio, and Digital non-biddableto deliver integrated media solutions.
- Knowledge of industry software such as YUMI, IRS, TGI, and MAP. Understanding of digital tools like ComScore is also a plus.
- A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, demonstrated by your ability to set high standards and deliver results even with constraints.
