Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Next Generation Enterprises Solutions Analyst!
We are seeking a forward-thinking Next Generation Enterprises Solutions Analyst to support the continuous monitoring and improvement of innovative solutions that address evolving client needs. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze client challenges, leverage emerging technologies, and monitor scalable, modular solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about data-driven decision-making to drive strategic decisions, exploring new technologies, and supporting transformation for mid-market organizations (<%2410 billion in revenue).
Key Responsibilities
Solution Monitoring and Analysis:
.Collaborate with sales, technology, and delivery teams to analyze client requirements and pain points.
.Research and identify gaps in our next generation solutions and propose potential ideas to address gaps that leverage AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics.
.Analyze the repeatability of solution frameworks that balance standardization with client customization.
.Test and validate solutions to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with client needs.
Business & Data Analysis
.Analyze complex business problems by synthesizing internal and external data, delivering clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
.Identify key trends, drivers, and patterns in datasets that inform strategic planning and operational optimization.
.Lead tactical and strategic projects, collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
.Ensure data quality and integrity by validating sources with advanced analytical methods.
.Frame business questions, conduct deep-dive analyses, and recommend data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making.
Market & Technology Research
.Monitor emerging technology trends, evolving industry challenges, and best practices to maintain competitive edge.
.Perform competitive intelligence and market opportunity analysis to shape innovative and differentiated solutions.
.Analyze market data and client feedback to refine solutions and ensure they meet business objectives.
Reporting, Documentation & Enablement
.Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and KPIs that track performance and reveal growth opportunities.
.Develop compelling reports, presentations, and storytelling that translate complex data into accessible insights for diverse audiences.
.Create comprehensive documentation such as use cases, workflows, and technical specifications to facilitate solution implementation.
.Support sales and enablement efforts by developing impactful presentations, white papers, demos, and other collateral.
.Train internal teams on the features, benefits, and implementation of next-generation solutions.
Qualifications
.Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or data analytics within sales, marketing, technology, or consulting environments.
.Demonstrated expertise in advanced data analysis techniques, with a track record of extracting strategic insights from complex datasets.
.Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
.Strong ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
.Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools skilled in data storytelling.
.Good understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics.
.Experience working with mid-market clients and understanding their specific challenges is a plus
