Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager – New Installation Sales based in Chennai. The Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role also involves driving market research, creating client proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of elevator industry trends, installation processes, and technical aspects
  • Ability to conduct market research and devise effective sales strategies
  • Experience in team leadership, goal setting, and achieving revenue targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
