Must Have:
- Hands on experience adding 4 to 5 new MNC Clients per month for IT / Non IT Contract Staffing & IT Services across the verticals within India
- Individual contributor role in client acquisition for Contract Staffing & IT Services
- Ready to onboard 5 new clients in 1st month from existing list
- Managing client from onboarding till revenue generation
Job Profile:
- Acquire Clients for IT & Non IT Contract Staffing, Software Development & Zoho Products from India, Middle East & North America
- To add 6+ New MNC clients per month for Contract Staffing, Zoho People with SLA/Agreement
- Individual contributor role for 3 months & further to lead team post performance
- B2B Lead Generation using Email Marketing, CRM & Linkedin
- Expert in Market Research via Email Database till Client onboarding
- Acquire Global MNC clients to promote IT/SAP Consulting & Contract Staffing Services
- Identify & make use of Email Database service provider & suitable CRM to maximize leads
Candidate's Profile:
- Self- starter professional with proven expertise in adding new clients for Contract Staffing
- Professional who are on sabbatical & wants to return back are welcome for part-time or full-time role
- Must have hands on experience adding min. 4 client per month for contract staffing (IT, Non IT)
- Graduate with min. 4+ years experience in Acquiring Clients for IT & Non IT Contract Staffing, Software Development & Zoho Products
- Ready to work from home & shall have own computer
- Ready for Fix + Performance link variable pay option
- Ready to work on target driven assignment

- Must have provide experience in adding MNC clients for Contract Staffing (IT & Non IT) across India
- Should have acquired MNC clients across India & International locations
- Experience new client acquisition in Zoho Products, Outsourced Software Development or Contract Staffing
- Highly competent, self-starter & Goal driven

- Hands on using Linkedin Sales Navigator, Email Marketing /CRM & MS Office
- Hands on in using third party email database with CRM to run campaigns
- Excellent e-mail drafting skills in B2B Marketing
