Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Manager – Sales (Tele Sales) to lead and drive performance of our tele sales team handling secured and unsecured loan products. The role involves managing Team Leaders and Tele Callers, ensuring target achievement, and building a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Team Leaders and Tele Callers
  • Drive sales for secured and unsecured loan products through tele sales channels
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of monthly business goals
  • Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies to maximize conversions
  • Ensure high productivity, call quality, and conversion ratios
  • Monitor daily calling activities, lead management, and follow-ups
  • Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales pitch, and objection handling
  • Work closely with marketing, credit, and operations teams for seamless execution
  • Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Key Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in BFSI tele sales, preferably in loans (secured/unsecured)
  • Proven experience in managing tele sales teams and achieving targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good understanding of loan products (HL, LAP, Business Loans, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in handling large tele sales teams
  • Strong ability to drive performance in a target-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/dialer systems

Language Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory
