Hiring: Manager – HR Technology & Operations
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Work From Office – 6 Days)

Industry: Manufacturing (Basmati Rice Division)
We are looking for a highly experienced HR professional to lead and transform our HR function through technology, automation, and strong operational execution. This is a high-impact role with complete ownership of HRMS implementation, payroll, compliance, and performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end HRMS selection, implementation, and automation
- Payroll management, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)
- Design and implement KRA/KPI frameworks and PMS
- Build and automate HR workflows (onboarding to exit)
- Manage talent acquisition for HO and factory roles
- Drive HR analytics, MIS reporting, and manpower planning
- Lead HR operations for Head Office and factory unit
Key Requirements
- 10–15 years of HR experience with 4–6 years in HRMS implementation
- Hands-on experience with tools like Keka, greytHR, Darwinbox, etc.
- Strong expertise in Indian payroll and compliance
- Experience in manufacturing/factory setup preferred
- Ability to build HR systems from scratch
- Willingness to work from Bhopal (mandatory)
