Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle hiring process, and building a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS) is a plus.
