Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain high performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Monitor team productivity, allocate requisitions, and ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Individual Contributor Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments and ensure a high-quality interview experience.
- Manage salary negotiations and ensure smooth offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Ensure strong communication and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Strategy
- Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
- Track industry trends, market conditions, and competitor insights to refine sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
