Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager Recruitment

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Location: Hyderabad(Hitech City)5 days WFO

Employment Type: Full-time

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain high performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor team productivity, allocate requisitions, and ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Individual Contributor Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments and ensure a high-quality interview experience.
  • Manage salary negotiations and ensure smooth offer rollout and onboarding coordination.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
  • Ensure strong communication and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Strategy

  • Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Track industry trends, market conditions, and competitor insights to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-volume hiring
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
