Major Responsibilities
- Achieve planned business objectives, analyse market potential and competition and take
corrective actions to achieve the plan.
- Ensure timely submission of offers including Pre-Tendering activities against firm enquiries to
customers, OEMs and Consultants.
- Responsible for the Order Intake of Mining Business for East Zone.
- Recommend strategy for major projects to win in consideration of market scenario, competitive
situation and product being offered. Forecast for new / emerging projects to recommend
business strategies.
- Develop, support, and motivate reportees to improve overall efficiency.
- In pursuit of customer satisfaction, ensure on time feedback to customers through sales offices.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchase and sales offices to effectively achieve
delivery schedules as well as comprehensive techno commercial documents for conventional
power plant projects.
- Follow up and collection of payments, EMD and expired BGs from the customers.
Requirement Profile
Formal education: BE Mechanical
Professional experience: 10 to 15 Years of Experience in Engineering Industry
