Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):
Develop overall seasonal budget plan for the business at range level, including key information on sales planning, markdowns, opening and closing inventory.
Drive seasonal range assortment package across all stores, balancing the store layouts and sales expectations, with the objective to maximize sales and minimize in-season inventory movement.
Build profitability by successfully monitoring stock movement in stores and at warehouse, efficient markdown planning with the key objective to liquidate slow movers and aged inventory at least cost of reduction.
Support team with weekly updates on sales synthesizing range and store insights; sell-in and sell-outs, inventory health check on week cover and size availability.
Other Functional Responsibilities
Ensure in-store fulfilment of assortment plan before season launch, and regulate trading options to stay with in targets during the season.
Plan size assortment mix at sub-range level for the season, and ensure no size stock outs.
