Job Title: Manager MEP (HVAC Design)
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design and calculations, including heat load calculations using HAP or similar software.
- Hands-on experience in tender estimation, BOQ preparation, and handling pre/post-bid technical queries.
- Proficient in preparation of Design Basis Reports (DBR), scope documents, and assumptions & exclusions.
- Thorough understanding of HVAC standards and codes: NBC, ECBC, ASHRAE, ISHRAE, IS Codes, SMACNA, AHRI, BS, NFPA, etc.
- Experience in HVAC design for Commercial, Residential, IT Parks, Hotels, Airports, and large building projects.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk ACC, and coordination workflows.
- Capable of reviewing and approving TDS, drawings, and design calculations.
- Effective in multidisciplinary coordination with Architecture and other services.
- Proficient in space planning, shaft sizing, and providing civil work inputs related to HVAC.
- Knowledge of smoke management and pressurization systems.
Experience & Education:
- BE/BTech/ Diploma with 7-12 Years of work experience in HVAC Design.
