Purpose of the role
This is a manager ofpeopleroleand the candidate is expected to drive process,performanceand growth of the team. In this role, the candidate will be handling a team ofcentralizedraw material plannersto manage raw material operationsfor North Americaand will also be responsible for driving productivity inday to dayoperations.

- This individual would be expected to drive the development and execution of ordering strategies for raw materials
- Manage inbound and outbound planning for raw materials through warehouse. Manage the age process for raw materials.Ensureall theoperational challenges are resolved.
- Collaborate with Sourcing buyers and brand planners to develop and implement order target quantity and get alignment from Sourcing andoperating units.
- Develop target quantities for raw materials and track the order quantities against the targetquantity.
- Ensure the team Provide RMWO risk assessment and recommendations to reduce write offs for specificoperating units.
- Manage and execute packaging transition, vendor tr ansition, new product launch projectsona timelymanner.
- Develop RMtieout plans for packaging projects proactively and communicate the risk and mitigation plans to theoperating units.
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITY
- Yearly revisit ofPricing & Consolidationstrategy and business processto evaluate the current processto meet business needs
- Partner with Inbound Analytics and R&A team to build tools tooptimizethe Raw Materials

Minimum Qualifications
- Education - Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
- Bachelors or Master Degree
- Not Mandatory but good to have - CSCMP, APICS, SIX SIGMA or equiv. Project Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5-10 Years of Experience in Supply Chain
- 5+ years in people management role, 5+ years overall supply chain experience
- In depth knowledge of Supply planning concepts and expertise in end to end planning optimization.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
- Knowledge of various supply planning and system performance KPI's and metrics
- Ability to navigate the organization across all levels to drive improvements in planning.
- Demonstrated project and change management skills.
- Strong technical and process leadership on supply planning.
- Deep business knowledge and industry experience.
- Executive presence - Ability to interact with cross functional leaders and present and challenge new ideas.
- Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills, ability to work with considerable ambiguity.
- Ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with broad cross section of business partners across the globe
- Experience in management of collaboration, issue resolution, and performance improvement. Experience in working with cross functional leaders in a matrix organization - Global exposure preferred
