Manager - Marketing - Industrial Product

What We Expect You to Do

• Prepare a marketing plan and strategy to meet company goals
• Create and manage the marketing budget aligned with the marketing plan
• Understand and report on the competitor landscape
• Drive brand-building activities for the company
• Conduct direct marketing by visiting prospects to promote products and build credibility
• Understand customer profiles, their current capacity, and future plans
• Assess customer needs and position products accordingly
• Manage marketing collaterals like product catalogs, presentations, digital marketing content, value propositions, photos/videos, and white papers
• Define product USPs and differentiators against competitor offerings
• Map skills and competencies for the marketing team
• Conduct performance appraisals and motivate the team to improve performance
• Prepare and maintain contracts and NDAs
• Generate and review monthly MIS reports with management
• Facilitate appropriate training for team performance and growth

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Any degree; MBA preferred
• Proficient in English; multilingual ability is an advantage
• 810 years of experience in marketing industrial products
• Strong knowledge of industrial product marketing and strategies
• Self-motivated and result-oriented professional
• Excellent presentation skills
• Willingness to travel, meet customers, and build brand relationships
• Ability to understand customer needs and pitch effectively
• Organized and systematic in work approach
• Skilled in team handling and driving performance
