Role Purpose

Lead marketing strategy, manage agencies and coordinate internal teams. This role combines strategic planning, campaign execution and business support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop marketing and growth strategies.

- Plan launch and expansion campaigns.

- Drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement.

- Manage agencies, designers, influencers and freelancers.

- Oversee digital, social media, PR, partnerships and festival campaigns.

- Maintain consistent brand communication.

- Monitor campaign performance and ROI.

- Support market research, partnerships, events and founder-led projects.

- Coordinate teams, priorities and deliverables.

Essential Skills

- Strong experience in F&B, hospitality, D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands, subscriptions or international-market experience.

Leadership and people management.
