Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and marketing priorities.
. Create high-quality content, including thought leadership articles, blogs, newsletters (internal & external), case studies, website content, and executive communications, marcomm campaign strategy and execution.
. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and leadership teams to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
. Lead the planning and development of integrated content campaigns across digital, social, and internal communication channels.
. Maintain a consistent brand voice and editorial standards across all content assets.
. Manage the content lifecycle, including ideation, writing, editing, review, publishing, and performance optimization.
. Work closely with design, digital marketing, and SEO teams to create content optimized for engagement, discoverability, and user experience.
. Analyze content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies based on insights and trends.
. Mentor and contribute to building a strong editorial culture within the team.
. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and storytelling.
Qualifications (Must-Have Skills)
. 12 - 15 years of professional experience in content writing, editorial strategy, or corporate communications.
. Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
. Experience in B2B technology, IT services, consulting, or financial services industries.
. Proven experience in developing thought leadership content and strategic marketing narratives.
. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
. Experience creating content for multiple formats such as long-form articles, reports, digital content, and marketing campaigns.
. Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital content optimization.
. Ability to simplify complex technical or industry concepts into engaging and accessible content.
. Demonstrated experience in content planning, editorial calendars, and campaign support.
Good to Have Skills
. Familiarity with AI-driven content tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
. Understanding of brand storytelling, employer branding, and executive communications.
. Experience managing content for global audiences and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
. Knowledge of content performance measurement, marketing automation, and digital analytics tools.
