This role is part of the Amazon Business WW Marketing team and our vision is to establish Amazon Business as the most recognized B2B brand.

In this role, you will lead a team that manages a cross-functional team responsible for delivering global marketing campaigns through paid channels (e.g. paid social, paid display ads), affiliates (e.g. influencers and creators), outbound (e.g. email, push notifications), and onsite experiences to help acquire Amazon Business customers, nurture them and drive engagement. This is inclusive of merchandising events, seasonal promotions, and important business moments for Amazon Business. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, reporting, and developing mechanisms for continuous improvement to achieve both operational and marketing excellence. This role will need to communicate regularly with senior leadership to drive key business goals.

To be successful in this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple geographic regions to gain alignment on strategies, campaign execution, and experiments. You will have an eye for bar raising marketing content and customer experiences, and are motivated to invent new ways to improve the efficiency and efficacy of marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is an individual with broad experience in many of these areas: digital marketing, paid media, online merchandising, B2B marketing, and marketing operations. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving, as well as a willingness to be hands-on with execution. The ideal candidate will also have track record of success in delivering results at scale and working cross-functionally across multiple teams and countries. Key job responsibilities

  • Lead a team of marketers who deliver marketing campaigns across paid, outbound, and organic channels, and onsite experiences for B2B customers
  • Develop detailed marketing project plans in partnership with global stakeholders and ensure deliverables are met according to timelines required
  • Create processes across the team to test and refine new marketing approaches to reach and engage key audiences
  • Establish shared goals, and develop, and iterate on scalable mechanisms and tools to measure, report, and hold teams accountable
  • Drive and influence roadmaps and strategic priorities across marketing tech teams
  • Manage discussions and secure strategic alignment with senior stakeholders across teams
  • Manage multiple projects and balance priorities in a rapidly evolving environment

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
  • MBA
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services
