Manager

We are looking for a qualified finance professional to join a leading global insurance organization in Mumbai. The role focuses on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic financial decision-making within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and review financial reporting in line with IRDAI regulations (including solvency and investment returns)

Ensure compliance with IFRS 17 / Ind AS 117 and Risk-Based Capital (RBC) reporting

Strengthen internal financial controls and improve reporting processes

Analyze regulatory changes and assess financial impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless financial operations

Present financial insights and support business decision-making

Qualifications

CA / CWA / CS qualified

5+ years of experience in finance (preferably in insurance domain)

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, MIS, and FP&A

Hands-on experience with IRDAI regulations and statutory reporting

Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
