Manager Maintenance

The Manager Maintenance will oversee the daily maintenance operations of the facility. Responsibilities include planning and implementing maintenance schedules, supervising a team of technicians, ensuring safety standards are met, and managing inventory of tools and spare parts. You will coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment is operating efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

• Proficiency in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniques
• Strong skills in equipment operation, tools, and maintaining technical documentation
• Team leadership and ability to supervise and manage maintenance staff
• Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices
• Experience in vendor management and procurement of spare parts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; certifications in maintenance management are a plus
• Minimum of five years of work experience in a similar role within relevant industries
