We are looking for an experienced Business Loan professional who can lead teams, drive targets and build strong lender relationships.
About the Role
This role is suited for someone who is highly target-driven, numbers-focused and passionate about building a strong Business Loan process.
Responsibilities
- Work Location: Noida
- Role: Manager / Senior Manager – Business Loans
- Experience Required:10 years
- Managing large sales, telesales or call-centre teams
- Driving monthly disbursal and conversion targets
- Handling high-volume lead funnels
- Working closely with Banks and NBFC partners
- Improving Login → Sanction → Disbursal conversions
- Team productivity, performance management and sales MIS
Experience Required:10 years
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Business Loan / SME / MSME lending
- Strong knowledge of Unsecured Business Loans, Working Capital, Term Loans, OD/CC, GST/ITR-based eligibility and self-employed customer assessment
- Highly target-driven and numbers-focused
- Passionate about building a strong Business Loan process
Preferred Skills
- Candidates who have successfully managed sizeable Business Loan teams
- Consistently delivered strong monthly disbursal numbers
