Hiring: Finance Head / Senior Finance Manager

D&D Healthcare is looking for a hands-on finance professional to lead the company's finance, accounts, taxation and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Own end-to-end accounting, financial controls and monthly closing

·       Prepare MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and management reports

·       Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis

·       Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances

·       Coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits

·       Manage banking, working capital, cash flows and vendor/customer reconciliations

·       Strengthen financial processes, controls and ERP/accounting systems

·       Support management on financial planning, fundraising and business decisions

·       Ensure accuracy and timely closure of books across business divisions

Ideal Candidate

·       CA Inter / CA Final-level knowledge, CMA Inter, M.Com or equivalent strong finance background

·       5–10 years of hands-on experience in accounts, taxation, compliance and financial reporting

·       Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS and Companies Act requirements

·       Advanced Excel and strong working knowledge of Tally/ERP systems

·       Comfortable independently handling audits, bankers, consultants and statutory authorities

·       Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, pharma or medical devices preferred

·       Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work directly with promoters/management

Qualified CA is not mandatory. Practical expertise and depth of financial knowledge will carry greater weight than qualification alone.
