We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our dynamic team at NEDS. The Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Key Accounts Sales department, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a team of sales professionals, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Provide regular performance reports and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the electrical and digital systems industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales management and customer relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
