Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, planning promotional campaigns, analyzing sales performance, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and driving revenue growth while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the brand's presence on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Instamart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing agency to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the timely execution of e-commerce campaigns and promotional activities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales to maximize revenue.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to ensure product availability.
- Track sales, traffic, customer behavior, and marketplace performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns to improve product visibility and sales.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback while ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, inventory planning, and promotional activities.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend strategies for business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, online promotions, and sales optimization.
- Experience with marketplace advertising and sales analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with food, grocery, or FMCG brands.
- Familiarity with quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing is an added advantage.
