Manager Legal - Contracts and Advisory

Key Deliverables:

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts
• Standardize templates and automate contract lifecycle processes
• Advise business teams on legal risk, compliance, and regulatory impacts
• Develop contract repository and renewal monitoring systems

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead closure of contracts independently with internal and external stakeholders
