Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full leasing cycle, including enquiries, prospecting, viewings, negotiations, lease execution, and tenant handovers.
  • Source and secure suitable tenants to achieve occupancy, rental income, and tenant mix objectives across the portfolio.
  • Handle lease administration, including tenant due diligence, lease documentation, stamping, and database management.
  • Market available spaces through various channels and prepare leasing and marketing materials, proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and business partners to drive leasing opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on rental trends, competitor activities and leasing strategies.
  • Work closely with Asset Management and Property Management teams to drive lease renewals, monitor tenant performance, and minimise vacancy.
  • Plan and execute tenant engagement initiatives, including tenant meetings, appreciation programmes and community building activities.
  • Prepare leasing reports, pipeline updates, and portfolio performance reports.
  • Support annual budgeting process by preparing forecasts, analysing portfolio performance, and providing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on portfolio branding, positioning, marketing campaigns, and asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a recognised Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and retail leasing.
  • Good knowledge of commercial and residential leasing, market trends, and industry networks.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, business partners, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and tenant relationship management skills.
  • Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
  • Good understanding of tenancy agreements and leasing processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing positively as a team player.
  • Resourceful, hands-on, proactive, and self-motivated.
