You will play an important role in supporting retail leasing, retail planning, management of leased spaces, tenant relationship and operations management, service performance analysis, operations policy formulations as well as execution of operational improvement initiatives spanning across the public areas of our terminals to make Changi Airport a leading shopping destination for excellence in operations and service.
