Job Location: Dahej, Gujarat
At Dahej, we have three entities under the YASH Group Yashashvi Rasayan Pvt. Ltd., Yash Speciality Chemicals LLP and R&D Centre. Since we do not have a separate Head Office for the Chemicals Business, this role will be based out of Dahej and will carry a blended exposure of both Corporate and Plant HR responsibilities.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following across all three sites:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives at the plants including Stay Interviews and Exit Interviews and present insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the Performance Management Process across both sites ensure KRAs/KPIs are aligned to SMART criteria, conduct Goal Audits to assess quality of goals, and facilitate Mid-Year and Year-End performance dialogues.
- Drive Talent Management initiatives identify key talent, develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) in consultation with HODs, and ensure timely execution of IDPs.
- Conduct Engagement Surveys to assess employee engagement levels and recommend action plans.
- Drive Learning & Development interventions across the plants.
- Lead Competency Mapping initiatives and coordinate trainings to address identified skill gaps in collaboration with Plant Leaders.
- Anchor strategic HR projects as and when assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduation + MBA / MHRM / MSW (Full-time) with 810 years of relevant experience, preferably in one or more of the above-mentioned areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to connect with employees across all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
