Role Summary
The Application Lead (Kinaxis) will serve as the primary solution architect for Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations. The role involves engaging with business stakeholders, conducting fitgap analysis, designing endtoend supply chain planning solutions, and guiding configuration teams through execution. This position requires deep expertise in supply chain planning, Kinaxis functional modules, and crosssystem integrations across SAP/Oracle/legacy systems
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during implementation.
- Conduct requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and fitgap assessments.
- Guide technical and configuration teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Drive discussions with business units, product teams, and technology leaders.
- Create future-state architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Balance requirements across performance, compliance, security, and scalability.
- Ensure seamless integration between Kinaxis and SAP/Oracle/legacy systems.
- Conduct quality checks, UAT support, and solution optimization.
MustHave Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall experience; minimum 10+ years implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Experience as Solution Architect in at least two Kinaxis implementation projects.
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Supply Planning
- Capacity Planning (Constraints)
- DRP
- MPS
- Demand Planning
- Order Fulfillment
- Strong data model understanding and configuration experience.
- Hands-on experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP/Oracle/legacy systems.
- Implementation experience with Demand Planning & Supply Planning modules.
- RapidResponse Author Level 2 certification.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, drive problem-solving, and deliver outcomes.
