Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow enterprise accounts within the Indian Financial Services segment. This role focuses on account ownership, relationship management, renewals, and expansion within existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise BFSI accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Understand customer business goals and align LeadSquared solutions accordingly
  • Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer success
  • Track account health, usage, and adoption to minimize churn
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of client issues
  • Maintain accurate account data, forecasts, and updates in CRM

Requirements

  • 48 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Enterprise Sales
  • Prior experience working with Financial Services / BFSI clients in India
  • Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to drive commercial discussions including renewals and expansions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment

Preferred

  • SaaS background with enterprise customers
  • Experience selling or managing software solutions in regulated industries
  • Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, or sales automation platforms
