Responsibilities
The role is responsible for managing the configuration, implementation, and support aspects of E2O TMS, Delivery Connect (DHL last-mile delivery application), MySC (DHL customer portal), Data Analytical Tools, and any other auxiliary application required for Transport operations
- Manage Transport IT products implementation and support.
- Build strong working relationships with Country Management teams and Regional/Global Product Management teams.
- Manage deployment/implementation of regional TMS products and their support.
- Monitor application performance and manage budget for applications and development.
- Provide documentation, reports, analysis, and improvement plans.
Requirements
Minimum 8+ experience in product management – TMS.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience of Database querying, Reporting & BI tools usage (Jasper, PowerBI, Tableau).
Qualification:
- University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in Forwarding/Logistics sector.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
