Responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing the configuration, implementation, and support aspects of E2O TMS, Delivery Connect (DHL last-mile delivery application), MySC (DHL customer portal), Data Analytical Tools, and any other auxiliary application required for Transport operations

• Manage Transport IT products implementation and support.
• Build strong working relationships with Country Management teams and Regional/Global Product Management teams.
• Manage deployment/implementation of regional TMS products and their support.
• Monitor application performance and manage budget for applications and development.
• Provide documentation, reports, analysis, and improvement plans.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ experience in product management - TMS.

Minimum 1-2 years working experience of Database querying, Reporting & BI tools usage (Jasper, PowerBI, Tableau).

Qualification:

• University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in Forwarding/Logistics sector.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
