Job location: Mandatory: Bangalore office, India

Joining grade: Manager: Presales /solution design (Solution Architect role)

Total Exp: min 6-7 yrs,

Relevant Exp: min 5 yrs

Job Requirement:

Work as a Solutions and Presales expert for IoT Team & enterprise level solution

Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to moderately complex problems in India South + West India markets.

Deep Knowledge and hands-on experience on working in IOT, Video analytics, smart city solution, & basic understanding of 5G private captive network & use cases around that

6-7 years of total experience in Presales, with min 5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture and design, including on-premises and cloud-based customer-facing applications.

Sound knowledge of Technology stacks for M2M/IoT Applications and Support Platforms.

Should be conversant with state-of-the-art technologies in this space and possess the ability to translate.

Good communication skills and should have done pre-sales solutions role in the IoT/Mobility Support Sales Teams with client meetings and presentations.

Experience working with international suppliers /customers, with willingness to extend long for calls + travel within India for customer F2F meetings, demos, and on-site pilots/ PoC at project sites, smart cities, and construction locations, for extended trips ranging from 5 to 12 working days per visit / as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with customer team on solutions development and proposals.

Responsible for conceptualizing, building and selling IOT solutions

Ability to interface with multiple technology teams to develop solutions and platforms, and to influence stakeholders in building strong domain expertise and capabilities.

Responsible for domain-lead delivery, account mining for identified accounts and supporting Sales & Pre-Sales in proposals/pursuits/events.

Conduct Proof of Concept evaluations to implement IoT solutions to demonstrate the ability to meet client objectives.

Graduate in Engineering Experience: Minimum 7 years with min 5 yrs relevant exp having PG in management would be added advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages solution pitches to customers & ensure the solution fit with customer problem

Manages site demos, presentations, site pilot & site solution confirmation, coordinating with banned teams in TCL India, provide customer product trainings on a continuous basis.

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates Customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Capture customers end to end detailed requirements over call, site/plant visit and document them to discuss them with Detailed solution, Pilot proposal, all needed documentation, discuss with product team / product OEM vendor, identify delta in solution & document the customization requirements, once customer arranged on solution scope, handover full accepted propose solution to delivery teams for

Collaborates with the International Business Owner to drive sales growth and revenue generation

Visit sites, carry out Site work / carry out demonstration of solution including execution of solution Pilot / PoC at site for solution acceptance.

Work with domestic Business owner (sales account managers) & Channel Sales teams members, regional sales leads to develop solution and generate Funnel for business unit.

Assist and achieve assigned sales target in designated geographies and account

SKILLS REQUIRED/ ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Should have a B.E Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications or any relevant, while MBA/PGDBA degree would be an added advantage.

Should have around 5-6 years experience in solution design, solution proposals, documentation dealing with SI partners in local / domestic market, Esp India South & Western India region.

Experience needed in line of business of manufacturing , hands on / Face to face work experience ( no remote solution design) in manufacturing , Auto , Process industry , smart cities are verticals , while currently working in solution teams for IT / IOT/IIOT systems, Agile solution design , IT support system, Shop floor systems , Plant & employee Safety , smart cities project as industry horizontals. Domain Industry experience is mandatory

Should be able to work in different time zones & Connect with SI/ solution OEM/ vendors partners catering to focus markets understanding of international rule of land compliances is an added advantage.

Good understanding of business case building, Financial Modeling & presentation skills at CXO Level is a must.

Proven experience in solutioning, presales, and product presentations at the CXO/HOD level, with the ability to perform effectively under strict deadlines.

Very Good Communications skills (both written & verbal English, Hindi & respective local languages).

Should have experience in negotiating Large Value business deals & must understand larger end2end order to cash cycle from inquiry to revenue realization

Expect that candidate to be well-versed with computer & personal productivity tools (MS Office, e-mailing, as per business needs & project needs.

Technical Knowledge: Basic hardware IT & Industry & embedded HW, knowledge on IOT platforms, min understanding of BI, AI, ML, cloud, custom software development for Software knowledge, external system Integration understanding, Communications technologies, needs for customization ss& High-level estimation & basic Commercial construct understanding

Have experience on Customer facing Communication Oral/Written (Languages) Dealing with Private enterprises, Dealing with Govt/PSU, Dealing with Consultants/advisors, understanding of Value based selling / positioning of solution, Co-relating customer needs with external data and building value story (indirect benefits), positioning skills & Story telling for over solution.
