Manager Investor Relations

• Preparation of all Investor communication and presentations
• Crafting Investor Relations communication strategy and targeting new investors
• Collaborating with cross functional teams e.g. sales, marketing, HR, PSO, finance, etc
• Addressing investors and sell side analyst queries regarding business performance, etc
• Analyzing performance vs domestic and international peers
• Coordination for internal and external conferences and NDRs
• Assist in preparation of new product development launch presentation
• Preparation of presentations for speaker sessions/ conference themes
• Analyzing shareholding pattern for the company
• Responding to ad-hock queries from analysts/ investors and internal teams
• Assistance in specific projects within the Investor Relations team as may be required.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent MS Word, PPT and Excel skills
• Ability to collaborate within the team/ other departments and close work end to end
• Ability to take ownership of activities end to end
• Thorough understanding of financial metrics
• Prior knowledge of Bloomberg will be help
