Develop financial models and perform various competitive analyses and benchmarking of the company relative to peers.
Benchmarking annual report with best-in-class annual reports and assistance in creating high quality annual report for the company
Supporting in preparing for roadshows, investor conferences, and various other events.
Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&A documents, etc. for top management
ESG
Develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and goals aligned with the organization's mission, values, and business objectives.
Preparing and improving sustainability reporting through publications like BRSR and Integrated Report.
Good understanding of the Sustainability Reporting Tools like DJSI, GRI, GHG protocol etc
Conduct materiality assessments and Vendor ESG sessions
Connect with global/regional teams to collaborate and support common programs on sustainability
Assist in Sustainability Assurance audits
Business
In depth analysis of financials to drive cost governance initiatives
Assist in driving board vision and agendas in collaboration with senior leadership
Conduct in dept analysis on areas like Capital Allocation, Finance Strategy etc.
Qualifications:
CA or MBA with 2 years of experience
Expert in strategic communication and investor engagement
