- Identifying and developing the most competitive and quality supply sources.
- Managing end-to-end operations ensuring timely responses, prompt price offers, and effective follow-ups with buyers and suppliers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive service, on-time delivery, and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
Marketing:
- Generate leads through port data, business portals, social media platforms, market research, team inputs, and personal visits.
- Identify reliable and compatible supply sources for yarn products.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing information.
- Build a long-term vision for market development and business expansion.
Sales:
- Understand customer needs, product quality expectations, and service requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure continuous business flow.
- Meet assigned targets in terms of volume, value, and profitability.
- Focus on promoting value-added and high-contribution yarn products.
- Build and sustain strong interpersonal relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, ensuring smooth financial transactions, timely shipments, and proactive handling of logistics or quality issues.
- Support development of a second-line sales and support team.
Operations:
- Share weekly business updates with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and review all sales data in SAP / CRM systems on a regular basis.
- Follow up regularly for commission claims and receipts.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure order execution and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Textile Technology, International Business, or Marketing.
- 410 years of experience in Yarn Sales and International Business Development.
- Strong understanding of yarn types, sourcing markets, and export-import documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, analytical, and result-oriented professional with a global business mindset.
