Key Responsibilities
Automation Design & Development
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
- Build automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360 and other low-code/no-code platforms
- Develop scalable automation solutions aligned with business and operational requirements
- Perform scripting and coding to resolve automation issues and enhance functionality
RPA Delivery & Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full RPA lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Establish and implement Automation SDLC frameworks integrated with enterprise technology infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain performance of digital workers and automation systems
- Ensure continuous improvement of automation processes and frameworks
Technical Leadership & Governance
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for automation technologies and RPA solutions
- Review code, design architecture, and integration approaches to ensure best practices
- Collaborate with RPA governance teams on standards, code reviews, and compliance
- Ensure implementation of secure, scalable, and reusable automation solutions
Process Optimization & Transformation
- Drive process re-engineering initiatives through automation to improve efficiency and productivity
- Identify opportunities for automation and recommend innovative solutions
- Reduce manual effort, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Implement standardization to improve scalability, reusability, and system performance
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Support QA processes including testing, validation, and defect resolution
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Perform root cause analysis for automation failures and incidents
- Ensure high-quality delivery of automation solutions
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project sponsors
- Communicate effectively on project progress, risks, and outcomes
- Ensure delivery of agreed business benefits and transformation goals
- Work closely with technology teams for system integration and deployment
Training & Capability Building
- Train business users on RPA tools and automation best practices
- Build internal automation capabilities and support knowledge sharing initiatives
- Coach and guide team members on technical and process aspects
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track automation performance metrics and report outcomes to stakeholders
- Ensure governance reporting and adherence to defined timelines and deliverables
- Monitor KPIs related to automation efficiency, cost savings, and productivity improvements
