Manager – Intelligent Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360
• Build and support automation workflows to streamline business processes
• Act as subject matter expert in RPA and low-code/no-code automation tools
• Develop scalable automation architecture aligned with business needs
• Perform scripting and coding to resolve automation issues
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards
• Collaborate with RPA governance teams for process compliance and quality control
• Document automation processes, workflows, and technical solutions
• Analyze root causes of automation failures and implement fixes
• Support QA testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Drive process re-engineering and identify automation opportunities
• Train and guide business users on RPA tools and best practices
• Ensure system scalability, reusability, and security of automation solutions
• Monitor performance of digital workers and ensure operational stability
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for automation strategy execution
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams
