Responsibilities
RPA Development & Implementation
- Design and develop automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and Power Platform.
- Build scalable automation processes aligned with workload management principles.
- Handle scripting and coding to resolve automation issues.
- Review solution design and ensure best practices in development and integration.
- Document automation workflows and technical procedures.
Run Support & Incident Management
- Provide L1/L2 support for deployed RPA bots and automations.
- Manage incidents, change requests, deployments, and bot performance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for failures and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain control room administration and ensure system stability.
Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through automation.
- Build and enhance automations for support activities.
- Ensure continuous improvement in automation efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with governance teams to ensure adherence to RPA standards.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and publish automation KPIs including incidents, bot performance, and change metrics.
- Develop dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint reporting tools.
- Provide insights on automation effectiveness and operational performance.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Work with IT, governance, business, compliance, and risk teams for change management.
- Participate in technical discussions and propose solutions for complex challenges.
- Support business users in adoption of RPA technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate across global teams and senior stakeholders.
