Job Description
The Manager - Integration-Integration BTP will oversee and guide a team of professionals, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP BTP, CAPM, and HANA Cloud, as well as experience with NodeJS. The manager will work closely with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. They will also mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize SAP BTP, CAPM, NodeJS, and HANA Cloud technologies to develop and implement integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective strategies.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and best practices.
- Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are followed, maintaining high standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, especially in the SAP ecosystem.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Document and maintain project records, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Expertise in SAP BTP, CAPM, and HANA Cloud, with hands-on experience in NodeJS development.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience with Kyma Runtime or Kubernetes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to stay updated with industry advancements.
