Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Manager to join our team and lead integration projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP BTP, CAPM, and NodeJS, and will be responsible for managing and delivering integration solutions. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams. The Associate Manager will play a vital role in driving the successful implementation of HANA Cloud and other SAP technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Utilize SAP BTP, CAPM, NodeJS, and HANA Cloud technologies to develop and deploy integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of the integration solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to the management.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP integration projects, with a focus on SAP BTP and HANA Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of CAPM and NodeJS, and experience in developing cloud-based applications.
- Experience with Kyma Runtime or Kubernetes is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to project management.
- Good understanding of SAP's integration architecture and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
