Job Description
This role will be based in Noida, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support infrastructure planning and design development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use master plans
- Coordinate infrastructure inputs across disciplines including utilities, roads, grading, and traffic to ensure integrated and consistent layouts
- Review infrastructure concepts, master plans, and design deliverables prepared by external consultants
- Contribute to development of infrastructure strategies, phasing concepts, and design guidelines
- Ensure alignment between infrastructure designs and master planning, land use, and development vision
- Interface with internal development, planning, and commercial teams to provide technical input
Required Experience & Skills:
- Approximately 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering related to real estate or master-planned developments
- Broad technical understanding of utilities (wet and dry), roads, grading, and traffic principles
- Strong capability in design coordination, technical review, and multidisciplinary integration
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
