Roles Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure systems
- Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment
- Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance
- Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades
- Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning
- Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
- Implement network security measures and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Basic Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree with 5+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR
- Bachelors degree with 6+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR
- Diploma with 8+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR
Functional Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- Previous, or current, CCNP certification (required)
- Demonstrable experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies (required)
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers (required)
- Proficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions (required)
- Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc. )
- Experience with network security concepts and implementation
Good-to-Have Skills:
- CCIE certification
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc. )
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with network monitoring tools
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Experience with DevOps, S/W development and scripting
- Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SD-WAN)
- Familiarity with network orchestration platforms
- Good knowledge of industry tools
Professional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):
- CCNP certification (mandatory)
- CCIE certification (preferred)
- F5 Certified Expert (preferred)
- Infoblox certification (preferred)
