Plant & line layout preparing as per the ADM standard.

Analyse space utilization and identify areas for improvement, ensuring efficient use of warehouse cubic footage.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline warehouse operations,such as order picking strategies, inventory control methods, and shipping procedures.

Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications.

Establish safety procedures and policies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Ensure compliance:Make sure production processes meet safety and quality standards.
• Analyse processes:Use tools and techniques to analyse production systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Test and implement:Design and test new systems, and then implement them into production.

Hand on Experience of PPAP, PFMEA, PQCP , RACI Matrix , Giant Charts & PFD methodology

• Develop new methods:Create new procedures for production operations, including new equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and improve:Track production metrics and make improvements based on data analysis

Identify areas for improvement, develop new processes, and implement cost-reducing changes

Qualifications

At least 7 years of proven experience as a method engineer

Qualification BE Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge of Excel, SAP ,PPT, One MM

Demonstrable ability to lead manage staff.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Having strong communication skills to manage internal & external stockholder expectation.

Must have consistently high academic grades through years of study.

Good personnel presentation.

Ability to make decision under pressure.

Good commercial & business understanding.

Working knowledge of various types of telecommunication equipment.
