Role Description
This is a full-time Manager - Industrial Automation position based on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves managing a team to execute automation and control panel projects, overseeing end-to-end project management, and ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include driving sales and business development activities, fostering customer relationships, managing manufacturing processes, and delivering high-quality service to meet client and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Team Management and leadership to motivate and oversee a professional team
- Proficiency in Sales and business development to drive growth and generate new business opportunities
- Experience with Project Management, including planning, execution, and on-time delivery of projects
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, automation systems, and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on automation or industrial systems preferred
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
