Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Executive to expand our global presence in the disposable products sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with international partners, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting our range of paper cups and eco-friendly disposable products across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international distributors, importers, and channel partners.
- Identify and explore new international market opportunities for paper cups and disposable packaging products.
- Represent the company in global trade platforms, business networks, and international marketplaces.
- Conduct market analysis to understand demand trends, pricing, and competitor positioning in different regions.
- Initiate communication with potential international partners and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and documentation to ensure smooth export operations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and product presentations for global clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in export sales, international business development, or global trade (preferred in packaging or disposable products).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
