1. Basic skill requirement

  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel etc.
  • Communication skill in English (written and oral) for interaction with Directors and senior management
  • Organised approach to Data and Inventory Management.

2. Job Description

  • Invoices and billing including keeping track of engagement letters and agreements with Vendors/Auditors/Lawyers etc., timely renewals, co-ordination with Legal and other teams including Shared Services for resolution of queries till the clearance of invoices.
  • Monthly Budget and Provisions.
  • Support during Board/Committee/General Meetings
  • Scheduling of Meetings involving interaction with Office(s) of Directors and their team as well with Secretariat of Companies, within the ICICI Group as well as outside the ICICI Group
  • Engage with IT and Admin Team and provide support for travel arrangements of Directors during the meetings (Ticket, Hotel, Car and other requirements of Directors)
  • Provide ancillary support for each Board/Committee Meeting such as preparation of Name Tags, Table Plan Attendance Register etc.
  • Inventory management and Record Maintenance for statutory and non-statutory records.
  • Tracking investor grievances and preliminary interaction with shareholders/RTA etc.
  • Provide support during special occasions involving Directors (Ensuring personal preferences, birthday bouquets, cake(s), farewell luncheons, presentation of gifts etc., in co-ordination with staff of Directors and Admin team)
  • Renewal of Digital Signature of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel.
