Job Description

  • Experience in handling indirect tax litigations.
  • Candidates should be involved in drafting advisory and litigation. Due diligence experience would be an added plus.
  • Good knowledge of Indirect Tax Regulations
  • Handled litigation at all levels
  • Must have handled GST Compliances
  • Good in Advisory and Drafting Opinions
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Independently must have handled clients
  • Good Knowledge of erstwhile regulations like Service Tax, VAT etc
  • Good knowledge of Customs and have handled customs matters
