Manager | Identity & Access Management |

Key Responsibilities:

• IAM Strategy & Governance:
• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's IAM strategy, aligning with business goals and security requirements.
• Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
• Conduct risk assessments and audits related to identity and access controls.
• Technology Implementation & Management:
• Oversee the deployment and administration of IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and PAM systems.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes such as provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access reviews.
• Ensure secure integration of IAM solutions with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM), on-premises systems, and third-party applications.
• Access Management & Security:
• Monitor and manage privileged access, enforcing least privilege principles and segregation of duties.
• Implement and maintain security controls for identity protection, including threat detection, incident response, and remediation.
• Ensure secure authentication mechanisms and support for multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor a team of IAM engineers, analysts, and administrators.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business units to support identity-related projects and initiatives.
• Provide training and awareness programs on IAM best practices to stakeholders.
• Incident Response & Compliance:
• Respond to IAM-related security incidents, performing root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Core IAM Technologies:
• Experience with Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), LDAP, Okta, Ping Identity, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, and other IAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and identity federation protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Security & Compliance:
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Cloud & Integration:
• Experience managing IAM in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of API security, cloud identity federation, and identity governance.
• Tools & Platforms:
• Proficiency with JIRA, ServiceNow, Splunk, and other ITSM and security monitoring tools.
• Experience with IAM-related scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

• Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
