Administration and Facilities |
Complete ownership of all branch offices mapped in terms of managing administration and facilities |
Conduct branch visit once in each quarter Conduct facility tour to identify repair/maintenance needs on a proactive basis |
Responsible for branch audits for checking overall branch upkeep and all equipment |
Takes charge of all emergencies and ensures responsible back-up is available in order to take corrective action as necessary |
Monitor Annual maintenance/ Preventive maintenance of all equipment such as AC , Stabilizers , UPS , DG , CCTV , Fire Panel , Aquagaurd , time stamping machines etc done by company registered vendors |
Conduct half yearly branch assessments/ drills on company defined health and fire safety standards |
Train Security guards and Facility Management Services Vendor staff on all responsilities as defined. Management level position supervising and coordinating the daily activities which include technical guidance to subordinate supervisors and semi-skilled workers |
Printing & Stationery, Courier management, I Post Management |

Infrastructure Management |
New Branch premises New property identification, lease agreement signing through company defined process, getting branch infra ready through authorized vendors as per company standards |
Property management in terms of branch lease renewal through company approved legal process |
Refurbishment of all existing branches to maintain company defined standards |
Re utilization of assets from vacated locations. |
Data Analytics |
Maintain accurate records with regard to annual inspection of equipment and general preventative maintenance including rotational work assignments |
Analyze branch wise admin expenditure and act as an advisor to sales head for maintaining cost to business ratios for each branch |
Maintain general inventory of all Non IT assets of branches |
Vendor Management |
Interaction with vendors for instance Security , FMS , Electrical equipment , Infra and R&M vendors |
Vendor negotiation in terms of deliverables and rate contracts and developing new vendors as per company approved guidelines |
Liasioning with landlords monthly rental cheque, issuance of TDS certificate & other issues |
Others |
Billing and PO Management for all operating expenses below 15,000 |
Guide & develop the admin coordinator for overall upkeep of branch and assisting for administration and facilities management |
Overall responsibility of managing the administration helpline (Samadhan) and ensure closure of issues within TAT |
