Job Summary: As a Manager - Human Resources at Social Pill, you will work closely with

the founders and collaborate with different departments to support our employees growth and

development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,

interviewing, and hiring.

Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees, ensuring a seamless

integration into the company.

2. Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.

Promote a positive work culture by addressing employee needs and fostering open

communication.

Conduct regular employee engagement activities and events.

Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development

programs.

3. HR Policies and Compliance:

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Ensure compliance with regulations, including record-keeping and reporting.

Manage performance evaluation processes and support managers in performance

improvement plans.

4. HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Record attendance, leaves and payroll on a monthly basis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 4 year in HR management.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
